February 13,2023. Case scenario… Hi, I’m Pranavi Sripada, student of BDS-III. This is an online elog book to discuss our patients health data after taking her consent. This also reflects my patient’s centered online learning portfolio. CASE SHEET: A 75 year old woman with stomach pain, fever with chills, drowsiness, dizziness, weakness. Chief complaints: Fever with chills , stomach pain since one week (7days). Drowsiness, dizziness,weakness since 4 days Patient was apparently alright before 1week. History of present illness: Since one week she is having high grade fever with chills, intermittent lower left abdominal pain,weakness, drowsiness & dizziness because of decreased food intake.
